I am getting ready to call to see about filling Federal Charges. I have gotten several other emails in the past few days about Lambert's Great Dane's and people have taken him to court with the same response. No one showing up, winning the case, & nothing being able to be done. There are so many people he has scammed and lives he has affected by this. It is not just in KY where he is from but also MD, OH, and other States.
Since this is happening across state lines, Lee Turpin from Lexington, KY (Fayette County) prosecutor's office told me we need to file Federal Charges. So if anyone else wants to be involved please contact me or comment on this blog ASAP. I will need your contact information.

I will be involved and do whatever you want me to do. I will be on the call with you three way or whatever you need me to do. I want these people stopped or to pay for what they have done to these animals and to peoples lives and families.

Hi. I spoke with you in the past about my Lambert Bulldog, Memphis. My dog suddenly passed away last year but there was not an autopsy done because Lewis Lambert said they wouldn't give us a refund anyway. I am still depressed and devastated over the sudden loss of my dog. I don't know how strong of a case I would have because I do not have the autopsy to prove it. But, whether I would be able to get on the federal case or not...Is there a way to sue for all costs incurred from owning these animals? For example; the Lamberts, by their "contract" were supposed to microchip Memphis and they didn't. So we paid for it to be done. We paid hundreds of dollars in vet bills to have a healthy animal who would live a long and healthy life ie. Flea, tick and heartworm prevention, vaccinations, spay and neutering, grooming etc. Not to mention the emotional toll it took on our family to lose our dog.
I'm sorry I disappeared for a while. I desperately miss my dog and this still overwhelms me.
Maybe I would have some pull because so many others experienced the exact same thing I did?
