I contacted an attorney and she is willing to help me. She does ask that anyone else that is wanting to collect call and let her know at your convenience. She is doing this on a case by case basis. Let her know in reference Lewis Lambert and I referred you. Her name is Marcia her number is 606-528-5001. She will let you know how much she will charge and she will let you know it is worth hiring her or not depending on what you are owed and if you have won a judgment against them or not.

Information about filing Federal Charges

What I need from those that are wanting to file Federal Charges is:

1. How much you paid total for your pet
2. How much in Vet bills have occurred
3. How much interested if you have taken him to court all ready
4. How much in emotional stress you think you are owed
5. Documents as well such as deposit receipts, warranty information, voucher for replacement puppy if he was supposed to replace your puppy
6. Any documentation at all regarding Lambert (Emails, or text messages)
7. If you have taken him to court before (city where filed & case number)
   

What they said is there has to be at least $20,000 in damages. I know we can get this done I have a few people I am needing a few more. I need your damages itemized so I can add up how much we have so far. The person I spoke with also said maybe to file a class action lawsuit. I have a lawyer in mind I will be contacting her this week.

If you want to post on Craigslist about whats going on a link to my blog. Post a link to my blog on your signature for email or wherever. I have something all ready typed up to post on Craigslist just email me if you want it. You just have to take the time to repost on a regular basis because people will flag your post. Post it on your Facebook page. I am also going to start a Facebook page for this as well probably sometime this week.

Federal Charges

I am getting ready to call to see about filling Federal Charges. I have gotten several other emails in the past few days about Lambert's Great Dane's and people have taken him to court with the same response. No one showing up, winning the case, & nothing being able to be done. There are so many people he has scammed and lives he has affected by this. It is not just in KY where he is from but also MD, OH, and other States.

Since this is happening across state lines, Lee Turpin from Lexington, KY (Fayette County) prosecutor's office told me we need to file Federal Charges. So if anyone else wants to be involved please contact me or comment on this blog ASAP. I will need your contact information.

New information

I talked to Lee Turpin today:

She stated there is nothing she can really do but we need to contact the US Government Attorneys Office since he is scamming so many people not just in one state or county but across state borders.

I did also contact Whitley County Animal Shelter. They have put Lewis & Sharon Lambert on the blacklist and Sharon Farris (Sharon Lambert's maiden name according to another poster).

I contacted with Whitley County Animal Control (Wayne Perkins) he is going to try to invesitigate. Since there is a locked gate on Lambert's property I do not know how succesful he will be.

I called and left a message for a local News station: Action36 for a Kellie Wilson 859-294-6022.

So right now I did hit a bump with getting the Warrant but hopefully with contacting the other departments in other organizations I will get something done.

I also contacted USDA and left a message. The guy that transferred me said if they need to send out an investigator they will. So waiting on a call back from them as well.

What you need to do If You have been sammed......y

1. If your dog is AKC registered definitely contact them.

2. Post on Craigslist.com: The complaints that I have on my blog are from people that had seen a post on craigslist. I had multiple email accounts,the title was buyer beware, I would post it in different cities and states (the reason for having multiple email accounts. I have had about 10 people contact me with complaints or questions about Lambert just within a week. People will be mean and delete your post. You will have to repost. If you want you can copy my original blog post on here and post it or you can do your own Some I am still in contact with some have dropped off and have not been responding.

3. If you have a facebook page you can post this link in your profile and become a fan of my page. I will email you the info.

4. If you had the health warranty and it was two years I would take this to court: You would have to take them to court in the county in which the exchange was made. That is the problem I am having I took them to court in Fayette County, KY but live in Jefferson County, KY. That is where both the original transaction took place as well as the transaction to give him the dog back.

5. I do also suggest you contact Lee Turpin. She is the one I am waiting on to sign my warrant for his arrest. I will also email you her contact info.

6. Just have as many people as you can to follow this blog.

7. Write a review on Yahoo. (Link in the right column)

Awaiting to hear from Prosecutor

Ok, so I did go sign for the warrant of Lewis Lamberts arrest. I am waiting on the head prosecutor to sign off on it. I have also contacted CNN and Lexington Herald about this so the word can be spread. I have heard from others as well stating they put their dog through K-9 training and everything. Their dog was still being destructive and had bit two of their other dogs and so they had to put their dog to sleep. The vet said it was not full-blooded. It was supposed to be a full-blooded Great Dane. I may also contact other newspapers and newschannels depending on what I hear from CNN and Lexington Herald. If I don't get my justice through the legal system, I will write and call every news channel and newspaper. I will write candidates that are running for office and see why our problems with Lewis Lambert cannot be resolved. So I will feel better to get Lamberts name out there and let families know they are scum and a scam. Not only hurting families but also animals that we care deeply for that do not ask to be put on this earth.

Warrant

Ok...so I finally got to go down to Lexington, KY to take out a warrant on Wednesday. The prosecutor, Tommy Gilbert told me that he'll either have to pay or go to prison. I am so so happy I finally go this taken care of. Now I will just have to wait and see. I am going to call Gilbert next week and see what is going on with this, to see if he has been served. It is a felony because of the amount. GO ME!!!!!!! If anyone has any questions I have a warrant #, police report #, and case #, along with any phone numbers you may need to prosecute. He has now been removed from pets4you.

Thanks to everyone that has complained he has now been removed from pets4you. I haven't seen him on any websites yet. He maybe trying to go under a different name now. We need to keep a look out. I thought I would have went down and got the warrant by now but haven't had a chance hopefully I can make it Fri.

I talked to Tom Gilbert today down in Fayette County and we are going down next week to fill out paperwork to get the warrant for Mr. Lambert's arrest. Probably will be Tues. or Wed.

I was able to get the puppy and her papers but not without some difficulty. I put a deposit down on her before she was even born and had to constantly email and eventually call him to find out if the puppy had been born at all. I didn't get to chose her, she was the only choice I had. He had me pick her up on the day she turned five weeks old, wich I thought was rather early and he didn't have her AKC papers then. He said he would send them to me within a couple weeks, but it was a couple of months, and that after I had called him and his wife several times. They are difficult to contact, and I also noticed that their website is no longer working.

I am questioning the first names of the Lambert's, as we bought a puppy from Lewis Lambert in August. Our puppy seems fine and has been to the vet 3 times for his puppy shots and nothing has been found wrong with him. I would like to know if you got your akc papers on your dog as we have never received ours on our dog and have questioned this several times. We have not had a response for some time concerning this matter.

I too have dealt with this guy. After selecting my dog, we agreed that he would meet me half way to pick up. That did not happen, I had to drive all the way to KY!!! When we got there it was then that I learned that the puppy had an umbilicalhernia!!!!( We were in constant touch with them through the entire thing and not one word about this issue) He said that he would replace the puppy with one from another litter at a later date. I just took the dog and left pretty pissed off!! The sad thing is that this scammer brought his kid too!!! One generation of scammers teaching a new one. My dog has a severe skin condition that requires medication. This guy is a SCAM and the word needs to be put out about this clown, anything I can do? Can you send me any info you have on this guy?

Good luck! I live in Cynthiana and have heard of his name too. My boyfriends best friend was dealing with him and tried to pull one over on him too. Didnt work out for Mr. Lambert. LOL

Please if you are following my blog post this link on your facebook page if you have one or any other forum that you may know of. If you want to post on Craigslist that is fine as well. The more place the better. The more followers I have the better listing place I will have on google. Please help us stop this scam artist. Read the comments on my page.

Cases in Fayette County

There are I know two cases Vs. Lambert

09-S-00510 which is ours and 09-S-00678. Also if you look on the BBB website there are complaints on there as well( I will post the link). I have also created a review on Yahoo about Lambert Bulldogs (Kennels). We need to get all the information out we can about these people so that he does not keep scamming people.

The purchase

We purchased an English bulldog puppy from Lewis & Sharon Lambert for me as a present in 5/2008. On 9/26/2008 she was diagnosed as having Alopecia, deep pyoderm 2degrees to Demodex. Which is hereditary and the parents of this dog should no longer be bred according to our vet. I signed a 2yr. contract that we can return the puppy or get our money back if a puppy isn't available. I contacted Lambert and told him what the vet had said. We returned the puppy to Lambert the following day. We met Mr. Lambert and my daughter got out of the car to say her last goodbye to "Fergie". He told my daughter to her face that we would have a replacement puppy by December. I understand things happen. I called Lambert in December and He said she lost her litter but there is another litter due in February. I called Lambert in February and called with no return, I sent a certified letter which her did not sign for. I sent him an email telling him we are going to have to take the legal way. He then returned my email and told my husband that we were not going to get a replacement puppy or our money even if we do sue him. He did not replace her or our $$. We went to court in Fayette County & no one from Lambert Bulldogs appeared. The judge ruled in my our favor. I had the sheriff serve Post-Judgment Interrogatory but not been able to serve him because he has since put a locked gate around his property. I have had other people contact me since suing Lambert's. One person has sued him & one is in process of suing him. I'm in the process talking to County Attorney in Fayette County named Thomas Gilbert, if you need his # just let me know. Here is my police report #2009-167440.
